# FAQ

### 1. What's new in the updated service packages?

Important updates in the Bigdata, Merchant, and Travel packages include:

* Price adjustments based on economic trends: VMMCASHBACK has adjusted package prices to ensure they align with the current economic trajectory.
* NFTs as convertible stocks: Members will receive NFTs that can be converted into stocks after December 31, 2025.
* Fee waivers and reductions: Certain fees will be waived or reduced, depending on the respective package policy, helping members save when using the VMMCASHBACK platform.
* Feature differentiation in packages, providing deeper support for two member groups: the network builders and the rest.

These updates aim to maximize benefits for the entire community and offer more attractive opportunities for members.

### 2. Can I keep my current service package?

Yes, most packages with updated policies are automatically extended for the next cycle, ensuring unchanged benefits until new package is activated. The exception is the Bigdata Platinum package, which has ended sales and only allows extensions for new member before the new updates are applied.

However, depending on VMMCASHBACK's plans and vision, policies for subsequent extension cycles may be subject to change.

### 3. How do I switch to the new packages?

Members can turn off the Auto-Renew mode for your current package and activate a new package in the [Membership](https://vmmcashback.com/pages/membership/packages/annual) tab when these current package is about to expire.

### 4. When will these changes take effect?

These changes will come into effect starting from November 1st, 2023 (USA).
