The merchant needs to have an active VMMCASHBACK account.
The VMMCASHBACK account must have the active AI Merchant package at the time of KYB execution.
The merchant possesses all necessary legal documents for both individual and business.
Step 1: Access the My Profile tab in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: On the Profile Settings screen, select the Business Profile tab. Your account status is currently set to Not Verified. Click the Verify Now button to initiate the KYB process.
Step 3: The KYB form consists of 6 steps, including 5 mandatory information entry steps regarding the account owner and business details, and a final step to review the information and choose an appropriate Margin method. Please note that you need to enter the required information carefully and thoroughly in the designated fields (marked with red asterisks).
Note: When entering information in Step 1:
The account owner must be at least 18 years old to complete KYB.
When entering the address, please input the information in the local standard format, then wait for the system to provide suggestions . Choose the most accurate suggested address that matches your personal information, and the system will automatically fill in the missing fields (see image 2).
After completing the mandatory fields, select Next to proceed to Step 2.
In Step 2, you can choose one of the following personal identification documents to scan:
ID card: front and back
Passport: front
Driving license: front and back
Then, take a photo or upload a photo of the selected identification document
Next, please enter your SSN (Social Security Number) along with a clear and complete scan or photo of both sides of your SSN card.
Ensure that the documentation is clear, and all information on the document is fully visible. Any documents that are blurry, torn, or show signs of information alteration will be rejected.
Press Next after completing the document upload.
In Step 3, enter information about your business. In the address section, input information in the local standard format, then wait for the system to provide suggestions. Choose the most accurate suggested address that matches your personal information, and the system will automatically fill in the missing fields.
Press Continue to move to Step 4, or select these buttons to go back to the previous steps and modify information.
Step 4, please enter information about the bank account of your business
Step 5, upload registration documents for your business, including:
Business logo (leave this field blank if not available)
Business license (if unsure about the type of document, click on the ? icon for examples)
IRS letter (if unsure about the type of document, click on the ? icon for examples)
Voided check from the bank, front and back
Business website (leave blank if you don't have one)
Description or introduction of your business, providing consumers with more information about the utilities and products your business offers.
Finally, press Next.
In Step 6, you can review all the information you've entered. Click on the + or - icons to Expand or Collapse the information table.
You can also click Edit to modify information on the table.
Once everything is ready, click Submit, and the system will prompt you to choose a Margin method.
Don't forget to carefully read and check the box confirming that you have read and agree to the system's terms.
Click OK to complete the KYB process
After submitting the KYB form, your screen will now display the status as Submitted. If your KYB is approved, this status will change to Approved or Rejected.
