What is a cashback cycle?
Each receipt will have its own cycle, which will begin when it is submitted. The cashback cycle is divided into three stages and lasts 90 days. The cycles will be stacked on top of each other, with a new cycle beginning every 30 days.
Stage 1: Upload receipt – 30 days
This is the first stage of a cycle that lasts 30 days, beginning with the first day of each member's participation in the Monthly Pass package.
During this time, the Receipt uploaded must have a purchase date that corresponds to the duration of Stage 1 of the cycle, and this receipt must meet the VMM CASHBACK requirements. Receipts that are not in the current stage will be rejected automatically. Members have the option to delete or modify the cycle's receipt at this time.
For example: Stage 1 starts on 12/27/2022 and ends on 1/27/23/23, so receipts with payment dates within this period should be uploaded to receive a valid refund. After January 1, 2023, the VMM CASHBACK system rejects any receipt with a payment date from January 12, 2022, to January 27, 2023.
Stage 2: Approval – 59 days
This is the second stage of the cycle, starting from the 31st to the end of the 89th day. During this phase, the Receipt is reviewed in two phases: automatic and manual. The VMM CASHBACK system will verify the receipt's validity as well as the matching of the information between the receipt file and the information entered by the member.
The standard receipt will be approved with the percentage of cashback specified for each different brand, and the member's wallet will be returned at stage 3. Non-standard receipts will be rejected, either with a reason (if manually reviewed), or not (if automatically reviewed).
Stage 3: Cashback – 1 day
This is the final stage of the cycle, the 90th day. During this stage, the system will aggregate the total money returned from the approved receipt of the cycle. Then pay up to $320 per month. The remaining unpaid amount will be recorded in the Block APPROVED on the Upload receipt screen, and the rest will be paid gradually over the next few months until the end.
The receipt format is accepted
Only real receipts printed from Credit Card Terminal in stores, VLINKGROUP trading exchanges, or trading exchanges designated by VMM CASHBACK are eligible to be uploaded for refund. Receipts from transactions such as sale receipts, invoices, and electronic receipts printed on printer paper are examples of recipients that cannot be processed for refunds.
The maximum receipt value that the system accepts and refunds is:
USA area: $1,600 USD
Vietnam area: The exchange value is equivalent to $1,600 USD at the exchange rate at the time of upload
With a receipt that does not include products/services:
Maximum receipt value of 5,000,000 VNĐ.
The cashback rate is 2%.
The receipt needs to have enough of the following information:
The receipt content is printed in clear, unified font. The receipt must be intact, not scratched, not corrupted, and the file supplied to the system must also contain the integrity of the receipt, clear, quality high enough for the system to recognize the content and not be folded or any damage affecting the review process.
Contains the information of the payment card (corresponds to any 4 consecutive numbers with payment card information registered on the system).
There is information about the list of products/services paid, including the name, price of each product segment, and quantity (if any). the product/service category is printed on a separate sheet, it must be provided with a receipt, with the total payment and purchase date matching.
Not to be edited, deleted, or modified in any way, if detected, a receipt will be rejected or even taken back the cashback in case of error.
The name and address of the supplier or place of purchase, the time of the purchase, and the amount paid.
There is a purchase day that matches stage 1 of the cycle.
Do not accept payment documents, voucher discounts, or other types of documents that are not related to the purchase.
Only accept receipts paid with international payment cards, cards issued by organizations such as international organizations.
Do not accept receipts paid with domestic Vietnamese ATM cards.
